Shipping Customers: Starting July 13th, 2025, USPS is changing rates for most domestic services, including Ground Advantage and Priority Mail. Priority mail rates will be raising as much as 51% and most areas will experience some increase, with the exception of Priority Mail Express (no change) and Media Mail (decrease of 2%). Ground Advantage shipments under 1 pound will increase by an average of 4.5%, and shipments over 20 pounds will increase by a flat 2.8%. Mishler Auction will still use PirateShip whenever possible to find the lowest possible rate to ship your auction winnings.
Please make sure you update your credit card information and shipping address in HiBid before you register for an auction.
We do offer in-house shipping on items that fit in a 24x18x18" box or smaller. If you are looking to ship a larger item, we do offer transport of the item to the local UPS store or contact us to ask about a specific item. We also facilitate pickups from carriers arranged by the customer. On pickup day, anyone that checks the "Shipping Requested" box during registration will be assumed to need shipping and the invoice will be charged to your credit card on file when you registered for the auction. (if you forgot, you can also email mishlerauction@gmail.com or reply to your emailed invoice). We use PirateShip to ship items at the lowest price available through UPS or USPS. Items will be packaged and we try to ship within one week from pickup. Handling fees are $10 per auction (not per lot) but additional handling will be added for delicate or extra items that require more materials or additional time to package properly. Once the items are packed, we will charge your HiBid credit card for the shipping and handling fees and send you a copy of the invoice with this amount included. Please look for an email from PirateShip for tracking information.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping rates to go up around the holidays. Peak season charges will be reflected in your shipping charges. We still use the most cost effective shipping available.
FFL: We are a licensed Federal Firearms seller and can ship firearms to other FFLs in the United States. Please provide FFL upon invoice of a purchased firearm to process and ship.
If your credit card on file with HiBid is declined, we reserve the right to resell the item(s). If you need to provide an alternate form of payment, please email us at mishlerauction@gmail.com as soon as possible following the close of the auction.
Pickups: It is very important to pick up your items at the pickup date and time or arrange for someone to get them for you. Small lots that have not been picked up by the close of pickup will be charged a $10 handling fee to transport to our main office, where you can arrange to pick it up at a later date. Large items or multiple items on one invoice may be forfeited if not picked up on the indicated day.
**Please Note: We can NOT ship any alcohol or liquor due to PA law. ALL alcohol sales are pick up only.
