Please make sure you update your credit card information and shipping address in Hibid before you register for an auction.
On pickup day, anyone that lives outside of PA will be assumed to need shipping and the invoice will be charged to your credit card on file when you registered for the auction. If you live in PA and would like shipping, please notify us (either by emailing mishlerauction@gmail.com or reply to your emailed invoice). We use PirateShip to ship items at the lowest price available through UPS or USPS. Items will be packaged and we try to ship within one week from pickup. Handling fees are $10 per invoice (not per lot) but additional handling will be added for delicate or extra items that require more materials or additional time to package appropriately. Once the items are packed, we will charge your HiBid credit card for the shipping and handling fees and send you a copy of the invoice with this amount included. Please look for an email from PirateShip for tracking information.
If your credit card on file with HiBid is declined, we reserve the right to resell the item(s). If you need to provide an alternate form of payment, please email us at mishlerauction@gmail.com as soon as possible following the close of the auction.
It is very important to pick up your items at the pickup date and time or arrange for someone to get them for you. Small lots that have not been picked up by the close of pickup will be charged a $10 handling fee to transport to our main office, where you can arrange to pick it up at a later date. Large items or multiple items on one invoice may be forfeited if not picked up on the indicated day.
