Q: How do I register for an online auction?
1. On our website, navigate to the auction that you are interested in, and click the button that says "FULL AUCTION LISTING AND IMAGES."
2. Scroll down and click on the button that says "CLICK HERE TO BID." You will be taken to that auction listing on HiBid (our online auction platform). Here you can view the catalog, register to bid, watch items and more!
3. Click the button that says "REGISTER TO BID" to get registered for that auction.
4. A window will appear prompting you to log in. If you have created a HiBid account before, enter your login credentials and click "LOG ON" and skip to step 8. If you have not created an account before, click "REGISTER HERE."
5. A window will appear prompting you to enter your email address twice. After you've done that, click "CHECK EMAIL."
6. A window will appear asking you to "Tell us about yourself." Enter your information and then Choose your user ID and password. This will be what you will use to log on and register in the future. Select your account options including whether you'd like to have your username be visible to the public and if you'd like to subscribe to the HiBid newsletter, and then click "CREATE NEW ACCOUNT."
7. You will receive a welcome message letting you know you have successfully created an account. Click "OK" and then repeat Step 2.
8. A window will open that says "Register." Here you will be prompted to add a payment method if you have not done so yet and accept the terms and conditions. If you need to add a payment method click the button that says "ADD A PAYMENT METHOD." If you have already added your payment method, skip ahead to step 10.
9. Enter your billing information and click "SAVE & RETURN TO REGISTRATION."
10. Read over the terms and conditions, click the checkbox to accept the terms and then click "SUBMIT REGISTRATION."
11. You should now receive a notification saying "Thank you for registering." Click "OK."
Q: How do I place a bid?
1. Once you've completed the steps above to register, click "VIEW CATALOG."
2. Under the lot you'd like to bid on, click "BID [AMOUNT]."
